The new Head of State has chosen Télesphore Obame Ngomo as special advisor, head of the communications department, spokesperson for the Presidency of the Republic. His appointment came on Thursday a few hours after the appointment of the new Prime Minister, Raymond Ndong Sima.
The journalist knows the palace well having worked in the communications unit of the former President of the Republic. Founder of the newspaper Le Verbe de Ngomo, Télesphore Obame Ngomo is the president of the Media Employers’ Organization (Opam).
