As usual, customers who chose to switch to another operator were unable to keep the credit as a bonus. At the time of the transfer, therefore, customers only saw the re-credit of the amount obtained through charging for a fee on your SIM and not the free one offered by the options of the Wind Tre tariff plans. The same goes for the monetization: in fact, it was not possible to request in money what was not used and due following free offers by the operator.
