Remodeling in progress for Wind Tre. From October 19, the new tariffs come into force, following the unilateral change wanted by the telephone company and communicated to its customers last month. However, here is what changes concretely in the telephone offers with an attached gift of bonus credit.
They were sent starting from last September 16, just over a month ago, the SMS communications on the remodeling of the tariff plans of Wind Tre, simultaneously with the publication of the new information complete on the telephone operator’s corporate website. During this time, all customers involved in the change had the opportunity to switch to another operator without penalty, if provided for in the contract, or exercise the free right of withdrawal, all in compliance with the provisions of current legislation through the usual channels, i.e. points of sale, Customer Area or App, registered A / R or PEC and through customer support reachable at number 159.
Wind Tre remodeling: what rates are involved
As mentioned briefly, the customers with rates which provide forgift of bonus sums, or credit offered free of charge and not purchased through top-up operation. Among those involved, also option holders Full Wind active that, from today and like the others with bonus credit, they will no longer be able to spend these sums for some of the services offered.
Wind Tre remodulations: what the change consists of
In fact, the change is precisely in this particular way of consuming bonuses: these free sums can no longer be used to cover the expenses related to the international roaming outside the European Union area, for donations through Solidarity SMS and voice numbers with surcharge. The same goes for i YOU, i value added services, and purchases made through the WINDTRE App.
As usual, customers who chose to switch to another operator were unable to keep the credit as a bonus. At the time of the transfer, therefore, customers only saw the re-credit of the amount obtained through charging for a fee on your SIM and not the free one offered by the options of the Wind Tre tariff plans. The same goes for the monetization: in fact, it was not possible to request in money what was not used and due following free offers by the operator.
