The telephone company announced that, as part of the competitive process relating to Netco, two new non-binding offers were received, presented respectively by the consortium formed by CdP Equity and Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (Europe) and by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR ). The two non-binding offers will be examined by the Telecom Italia TIM board of directors at the meeting scheduled for May 4th.

Il BancoBPM recorded an increase of 2.04% to 4.103 euros. The institute’s board of directors resolved to proceed with a project to enhance the e-money business aimed at defining a potential partnership with a primary market operator.

Saipem sharply down (-2.48% to 1.374 euro). The company communicated that it was awarded by ENI (-1.5%) the two-year extension of the contract for the use of the drilling vessel Santorini. The contract extension has a value of approximately 280 million dollars, to which will be added additional proceeds related to investments for plant improvements of approximately 15 million.
In red Stellar (-0,38% a 16,968 euro). ACEA (the European association that brings together car manufacturers) communicated that in March 2023 approximately 1.09 million cars were registered in the European Union, an increase of 28.8% compared to the 844,819 of the same period of 2022. Sales of Stellantis in March 2023 were also growing strongly: last month the automotive group recorded an increase in registrations of 28.7% with 216,862 cars sold; as a result, Stellantis’ market share in Europe stood at 19.9%.
