jpnn.com – Telegram provides a feature to enter conversation history from other applications, including WhatsApp and LINE.
“This applies to individual and group chats,” Telegram said, quoted from their official website, Friday.
The feature of importing chats from other applications is available in the application for both Android and iOS devices.
To do this, open the chat you want to send, for example from WhatsApp, then look for the “export chat” or “export chat” feature, then select Telegram.
All conversations imported to Telegram will be counted as today’s conversation, but there will still be a timestamp in the chat.
Telegram promises conversations that are entered from these other applications do not require additional storage space.
This new feature from Telegram comes after cellphone users questioned the privacy policy on WhatsApp.
