For a few minutes Telegram has stopped working in Italy, and not only. The messages do not start and the clock symbol remains next to them. The problems started around 11:15 pm, according to some reports we received, and as confirmed by downdetector, which registered a peak at that time.
At the moment we do not have official confirmation from Telegram, but the problem seems quite widespread in large part of Europe. Considering that it is Saturday night, perhaps not many will have noticed, and we hope that the disservice can be resolved during the night.

The situation is starting to normalize on Desktop, but yes mobile the problems persist, so much so that it is not even possible to configure Telegram on a new phone.
