The battle for his majesty has touched the eighth point, but the family conflict surrounding Mishima’s name has never ended. Starting with the conflict between Heihachi and Kazuya, which then “spread” to other branches of his family, including the iconic character – Jin Kazama, the latest series – Tekken 8 also seems to be stuck in the same plot. With the return of his mother – Jun Kazama who seems to be joining in on the story he is carrying, this fight will again make the battle between Kazuya and Jin the “main star”. For Kazuya, at least we can see what kind of moveset he carries.
Tekken 8 has just released a 2-minute gameplay video which is focused on showing off the various movesets that Kazuya can now do, which visually looks more ferocious. With the punch attack combinations now looking more destructive thanks to the implementation of a new visual presentation, Kazuya will also continue to exploit his Devil powers for strategic advantage and of course, greater damage. Fighting in the middle of the city, the level setting that he offers also looks charming.
Bandai Namco itself still hasn’t set a definite release date for Tekken 8 which is planned to launch for the Playstation 5, Xbox Series, and of course – this PC. What do you think of Kazuya’s appearance in this latest series?
