The eighth edition of the Fêtes aromatiques, this lovely producers’ and artisans’ market, will take place on Sunday, May 26, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
This event on the theme of aromatic and medicinal plants has become an unmissable event for all garden lovers. For several years, the fair has been held on Mother’s Day and it is therefore an opportunity to find a nice gift, flowers or treats.
The plants will be decorative or medicinal, useful for health and well-being. From 9 a.m., you can browse the market and find fruit trees, vegetable plants and flowers. Even the most knowledgeable gardeners will be able to find rare plants there.
Treats and garage sales
After shopping in the garden, you will also find gourmet, local and organic products, jams and fruit juices. Artisans will display decorative objects, jewelry and baskets.
This year, the garage sale is also back and we will have the pleasure of bargain hunting before lunch in the village square. At 10:30 a.m., there is the traditional walk on the Tabariane loop for a discovery of the ancient Merovingian necropolis, guided by Tristan Bergerot from the Pays d’Art et d’Histoire, a free event for the general public.
