Teenagers Missing from Bronx and New Jersey: NYPD Seeks Public Help

The NYPD is asking for the public’s help in locating Joshua Volquez, a teenager missing from the Bronx.

Vólquez, a 15-year-old boy, was last seen at his apartment on Andrews Avenue in the neighborhood University Heights around 6:30 pm on Wednesday.
