According to the police, the teenagers with their parents are in the territorial police department, where law enforcement officers conduct investigative actions with them.
“During the monitoring of the Internet, the police found in one of the telegram channels a video in which three guys threw stones and used tear gas towards the man who fell, and they continued to beat him,” the message says.
Law enforcers found out that the incident took place on July 31 on Nauki Avenue.
“Juvenile inspectors in a few hours identified the children and their whereabouts. These are local residents, born in 2005, 2006 and 2009, who are related to each other. Two of them have previously come to the attention of law enforcement officers,” the statement says.
During the pre-trial investigation, the police found that adolescents periodically committed similar offenses against passers-by.
“The investigation has identified four victims, with whom the necessary investigative actions are being carried out,” the message says.
