teenager dies after falling from carousel 100 meters above ground

A drama worthy of a nightmare. A 14-year-old teenager, Tire Sampson, died Thursday, March 24, at Icon Park in Orlando. He suffered a fatal fall after being projected from a carousel 120 meters high.

Footage posted online shows the operator speaking to passengers before they soar through the air. When the merry-go-round starts, the employee shouts: “Hey, you took off your seat belt on the left side”. Too late, the gondola rises and begins to rotate. That’s when Tire Sampson is ejected from the carousel. The emergency services intervened quickly but could not do anything. The teenager is died of injuries caused by the fall.

According to our British colleagues from Suna preliminary investigation has been opened and reports a “tragic accident”. No charges have been brought against the amusement park at this time. The 14-year-old was originally from Missouri. He had come to Florida with his family.
