– Their audacity is amazing: they commit thefts openly, not being afraid of video cameras. The police found these teenagers, most of them from dysfunctional families, their parents are fined, and that’s it. They continue to inflict damage on us, entrepreneurs, – said Alibek Orazbaev.
The businessman emphasized that the teenagers are supervised by the ringleader, who eventually distributes the stolen goods equally among those who participated in the theft.
– This is a kind of organized crime group that walks around the city with impunity. I won’t be surprised if it turns out that they encourage other children to commit crimes, – added the businessman.
Recall, on August 22, it was reported that in the Akbota park there were thefts at two points – in a doner shop and in a stall selling ice cream. The moments of the crimes were recorded by CCTV cameras.
A CCTV camera was also installed in the ice cream stand. The recordings recorded the moment when two young people with their faces covered first stole money from the cash register, and then one of them took a serving of ice cream in a cup. Both then fled the scene of the crime.
