“The boy didn’t realize he was being cut. I told him he was bleeding a lot. I was the only person left with him. His friends had left and I tried to stop the bleeding by pressing my hands on the wound. I stayed calm and called the police and the ambulance to say what happened. After the checks carried out, it was established that the two minors were traveling to an educational unit in the municipality of Dorohoi, and before reaching their destination, a spontaneous conflict took place between them, on the basis of which one of the minors allegedly hit him the other with a sharp cutting object in the upper body.
