Teddy Minahasa’s men ready to dispute data on 5kg of meth: wait for the surprise

Jakarta

Teddy Minahasa Party (TM) he claimed that 5 kg of methamphetamine, evidence of the disclosure of the case to the Bukittinggi police, was still with the prosecutor. AKBP lawyer Doddy Prawiranegara Adriel Viari Purba is ready to compete with the data.

“I think so, you know, there’s a chance I think Mr. TM wants to obfuscate. Confusing about the 5kg it’s like he’s playing with the numbers now like it’s evidence in court,” Adriel told reporters, Friday (18/11/2019) 2022).

The 5kg of evidence is known to be under investigation in a case involving Teddy Minahasa. The 5kg methamphetamine is narcotics evidence that was shelved out of a total of 41.4kg of meth resulting from the disclosure of the case to the Bukittinggi Police.

Teddy Minahasa allegedly ordered AKBP Doddy Prawiranegara, who was the Bukittinggi police chief at the time, to exchange 5 kg of methamphetamine for alum. Hotman Paris as Teddy’s lawyer argues that the discovery of 5 kg of methamphetamine currently intact and in the hands of the prosecutor should be able to invalidate Teddy Minahasa’s suspicions.

“Clearly the person’s gross weight is net. What is the gross weight, the gross weight is 41.4kg. extermination at Bukittinggi Police Headquarters,” Adriel continued.

“So if the net weight is 39.5 kg. Those 39.5 kg, 4.3 will be used as evidence in court. I have all the data,” he explained.

Adriel said his team already had data from Bukittinggi police. He’s ready to compete with Teddy Minahasa on data.

“My team has been there, in Bukittinggi to look for the data. I have it. I have everything. If we want to compete, my data is ready. We will prove everything in court,” he added.

Adriel also said his party would check with the prosecutor’s office regarding the 5 kilograms of methamphetamine Teddy Minahasa claimed was in the local prosecutor’s office.

“Definitely (check with the prosecutor’s office), we already have the data, we already have the data. Anyway, there will be surprises later. I’ll open the surprise later in court, but I’ll open it a little,” Adriano said.

Inspector General Teddy claims the methamphetamine is with the DA

Inspector General Teddy Minahasa has retracted the statement contained in the preliminary investigation report concerning the alleged misappropriation of 5 kg of methamphetamine. Inspector General Teddy says the evidence is still intact and is being held by the Attorney General’s Office for evidence purposes during the trial.

“There is something very new and this changes all the facts of the accident. Namely, recently after checking all the evidence that 5kg was considered to be in circulation, it was still intact by the prosecutor’s office as evidence in the trial of the defendant in Bukittinggi,” said Attorney Teddy Minahasa, Hotman Paris, at Polda Metro Jaya, Jakarta on Friday (11/18).

Earlier, Polda Metro Jaya revealed Inspector General Teddy Minasa’s alleged involvement in the misappropriation of evidence of 5 kilograms of methamphetamines, some of which were distributed in Kampung Bahari, North Jakarta. Of the 5 kilograms, about 3 kilograms of methamphetamine were confiscated by investigators from Polda Metro Jaya at AKBP Doddy and Linda.

So, according to Hotman Paris, the 5 kilograms of evidence set aside were in the hands of the prosecutor, while the rest of the total 41.4 kilograms of methamphetamine had been destroyed. Hotman Paris said the meth evidence at AKBP Doddy’s home had nothing to do with Teddy Minahasa.

“Of the approximately 39.5kg that were weighed, the 5kg that became evidence was still intact and was retained by the prosecutor. 35kg had been destroyed. This means that the evidence found at Doddy’s home, at the home of Linda and what’s been going around has nothing to do with Teddy Minahasa,” Hotman explained.
