The Tecnópolis art, science and technology exhibition reopens its doors to the public this Saturday and until August 27 so that families can enjoy different activities on the Villa Martelli property during the winter holidays, where this year the proposals will have the motto “The power of the collective” to commemorate 40 years of the recovery of democracy.
The largest mega-exhibition in Latin America presents its new edition with cultural and educational activities for all ages, as reported by the theme park that depends on the Ministry of Culture of the Nation.
During the winter break, the Park will open from Wednesday to Sunday from 12 to 19 with free admission, while in August the schools will return and it can be visited Thursday and Friday from 10 to 18, and on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 12 to 19 .
The official opening will feature the performance of artists from different disciplines who will celebrate and commemorate the 40 years of democratic recovery in Argentina.

“It is always a joy to start a new edition of Tecnópolis, our Park dedicated to science, technology and art. This year we also have a motto in tune with the celebration of 40 years of uninterrupted democracy in Argentina: The Power of the Collective”, affirmed the Minister of Culture, Tristán Bauer.
“It is only with others and others that we will be able to build fairer, less unequal, more inclusive societies,” he added.
And, in a statement, he pointed out that “it is collectively, without repression, that we will be able to expand our democracies and strengthen the culture of peace over our differences. Only in this way will we be able to take care of our planet and defend our sovereignties.”
“We invite all families to join this collective experience that is Tecnópolis, which, as in each edition, has a wide variety of proposals for all tastes and for all ages, promoting knowledge, learning and entertainment,” he said. ,
On Saturday the public can enjoy the shows by Mariana Baggio, Koufekin, Pedro Aznar; of the shows Iris, To walk lightly, The great trip of Zamba and Nina; and the Korean Festival with K-Pop competition.

On Sunday they will be Tambó Tambó, Sofía Viola, Bigolates de Chocolate, Ni Locos; the plays Familia No Tipo and Retazos.
Among the activities there are also sports activities, science and the emblematic attractions of the Park such as the Land of Dinos, the Airlines Plane, the Zamba and Nina de Pakapaka Park, The House of the Colossus, Arrorró, Pisar Malvinas, Bichos, Soberanía Aerospace, the Skatepark and the Wetland.
There will also be the permanent spaces of the Ministry of Science, the Sports Center and Urban Expressions in charge of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports and the Electronic Arts Laboratory, where permanent workshops will be held and a sound experience produced by the Center for Research in Audio and Music of Tecnópolis (CIAM) with the participation of the National Symphonic Band for the Blind.

In addition, new spaces presented by different national organizations will be inaugurated with interactive experiences that invite us to recover the most emblematic moments of our democracy, to learn about our history, our rights, and to continue building the future.
Among them, the exhibition 40 years: scenes of Argentine democracy, produced by Tecnópolis: a journey through the 40 years of democracy that we knew how to achieve, the one that we forged day after day, made with the dreams of each Argentine.
“We are convinced that, just as it happened in 2022 with 3 million visitors, this year again the Park will be the place where Argentines meet again to celebrate and enjoy 40 years of democracy, and reflect on its challenges and the future”, highlighted the undersecretary for Spaces and Special Projects, Martín Bonavetti.

Children and families will be able to enjoy the shows of Los Raviolis, Duo Karma, Mariana Baggio, Koufequin, Magdalena Fleitas, Bigolates de Chocote, NiLocos, Anda Calabaza, Vuelta Canela, Rayos y Centellas, Los Cazurros, Laura Migliorisi, Capitán Sanata, Valor Sidewalk, Rockan Walsh, Triciclas, Band of Aunts, Little Fish, Harlequin World, The Tie Band, Zamba and Nina’s Great Journey, The Creativity Machine, a new circus arena, the Iris sensory experience for the first childhoods and the play Familia No Tipo from the Teatro Nacional Cervantes, among others.

During August this park will receive thousands of students who will participate in thematic educational tours on art, science and technology, in coordination with the Ministry of Education, for which they must register by mail at [email protected].
The park, with entrances through Juan Bautista de la Salle Avenue 4500 and Constituyentes Avenue 2220, has free parking, various gastronomic stalls, hydration points, a lactation room, accessible bathrooms, delivery of wheelchairs and interpreters in LSA-E, while for the recitals, shows and talks in the different auditoriums, admission is by order of arrival and without prior reservation.
