Selular.ID – Tecno has successfully marketed the Pova 2 as a gaming smartphone with classy specifications but at an affordable price, now Tecno has released its first 5G smartphone globally.
The company that is sheltered by Transsion, still uses the concept of classy specifications but has affordable prices because they bring their 5G smartphone with the Pova 5G series which has excellent features.
First in terms of device dimensions, Tecno POVA 5G uses a very large 6.95-inch IPS LCD panel with a punch-hole design in the middle. It offers a resolution of 1080 x 2460 pixels, Full HD+, a pixel density of 480 ppi, and a refresh rate of 120Hz.
Moving on to the 5G POVA camera feature, it is equipped with a 50 MP quad-camera unit, a 2 MP camera, and an AI lens. For camera selfieOn the other hand, this device is equipped with a 12 megapixel front camera. This 5G POVA also offers 4K quality photography features for Time-lapse and panoramas.

In the chipset section, it uses 5G components from Mediatek, namely Dimensity 900 as a support for 5G POVA power. This smartphone is supported by 8GB LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB UFS 3.1 internal storage. using the Android 11 operating system with HiOS.
The device comes with 3 GB of virtual RAM. For security, the device is equipped with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. Shown in the image is the Aether Black edition of POVA 5G.

The Tecno POVA 5G has a large 6,000mAh battery, which is paired with 18W fast charging. Tecno claims that with 15 minutes of charging it can be used to play games for 3 hours. POVA 5G offers 775 hours of standby time, 55 hours of talk time and 11 hours of gaming. The device measures 172.82 x 78.24mm, and is less than 1cm thick.
Reportedly, after being officially released globally, the Tecno Pova 5G was sold at a price of $289, or around Rp. 4,109,825, so if it were sold in the Indonesian smartphone market, it could become a flagship device from Tecno as well as the first 5G smartphone to be released.
