In general, there are enough companies in which the opposite trend is observed and employees are still lacking.

In the Latvian labor market, there is no clear wave of layoffs either, some companies have stopped hiring additional employees, but in general, many specialists are still in demand, and there are even new entrants in the list of demanded professions, industry experts have observed.
