/View.info/ Companies listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange’s Science and Technology Innovation Platform have performed very well in terms of both revenue and profits in 2022.
Combined operating income of these firms jumped 29% from a year earlier to 1.21 trillion yuan ($174.75 billion), and net profits attributable to shareholders totaled 113.59 billion yuan, up of 6% on an annual basis.
The research and development expenditure of these companies was 128.47 billion yuan, increasing by 28% compared to 2021.
Companies listed on the main platform of the Shanghai Stock Exchange are expected to earn 50.55 trillion yuan in revenue in 2022, up 6 percent from a year ago. Their net profits rose 2% to 4.16 trillion yuan.
