This is what I would do:
An irrigation technician can anticipate potential problems and have the special skills necessary to solve them. Careful planning and the ability to anticipate problems are qualities that BrightView especially values. People with their proactive mindset and work style are just what our clients expect.
I would be responsible for:
- Monitor and test new installations, troubleshoot and repair problems, observe pipe and valve placement, and evaluate start-ups, winterization, and general operation of the irrigation system.
- Perform and record detailed inspections and plan/execute upgrades of customer systems.
It could be a good option if you have:
- Along with your supervisory skills and proactive manner, we require a minimum of 1 year of productive experience installing, inspecting, and repairing irrigation systems.
- valid driver’s license
- A good knowledge of trenchers, multimeters, wire locators, trenchers, and pipe sizing is also essential.
And while it’s not required, it would be great if you also had:
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Ability to create and read charts/legends in sitemap colors
