If you decide to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must indicate the order number in advance and send it in perfect condition. Returns can be made up to 14 working days from receipt of the product, provided they have not been opened or used and retain their original seal or packaging if applicable. This does not apply to the sale of items which can be reproduced or copied immediately or which, by their nature, cannot be returned, including print-on-demand books (books specially printed at the customer’s request).
