Communications manager Annelene Svingen confirms the problem in an email to VG.

It is currently unclear how many students are not allowed to log in to the website, which is used by students throughout the primary school.

Camilla Hauren Leirvik, principal at Elvebakken upper secondary school in Oslo, confirms this The daily newspaper that a majority of the students there have not been allowed to log in.

The error must also apply to access to preparation material for tomorrow’s exam.

An automatically read message on the Directorate of Education’s telephone line says, among other things:

– Some candidates during today’s exam are currently experiencing challenges with logging into the system. We are working on correcting the error.
