As a technical construction manager (m/f/d) at METRO Campus Services GmbH, you are responsible for individual renovation projects in the facility management team and work hand in hand with the specialists in technical and construction trades.

Job Description
- You are part of the facility management team that takes care of the entire METRO campus at the Düsseldorf location.
- You are responsible for and manage renovation projects independently. Here you will take on the tasks of construction manager and/or client representative.
- You will create the relevant service specifications, if necessary in collaboration with internal colleagues or external engineers/architects.
- They take care of official coordination and scheduling.
- You plan the setup of the construction sites, the planning of resources as well as the construction phases and scheduling processes.
- You are responsible for cost control and auditing of the trades in your projects.
- They ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with the relevant regulations, in particular construction and occupational safety regulations.

Qualifications
- Successfully completed studies in engineering or training as a technician, master in the field of TGA
- Several years of professional experience as a construction manager (m/f/d) in building services projects
- Profound knowledge and experience in the field of TGA
- Basic knowledge of construction
- Knowledge of HOAI and VOB
- High social and communicative skills
- Independent way of working
- Strong service orientation
- Team player & fast, solution-oriented way of thinking and working
- Ability to quickly adapt to new tasks and take them on, as well as to contribute ideas and suggestions for improvement
- Ability to anticipate possible challenges, problems and possible solutions and to support the implementation / or: to accompany / initiate the implementation
