- Examine workflows for weak points and define measures
- Check compliance with DESA standards
- Taking over the deputy of the head of quality assurance as well as administrative support
- Monitor the internal complaint process
Your competence
After completing your basic training, you were able to complete further training in the commercial area.
Other important knowledge are:
- Your German and French skills are excellent, Italian an advantage
