- Completed training as a (technical) buyer or a degree in business administration, procurement management / economics, logistics management, safety technology, rescue engineering, administrative specialist or a comparable subject
- Several years of professional experience as a buyer
- Fulfillment of the requirements for specialists for occupational safety according to § 7 ASiG are desirable
- Fluent written and spoken German
- Knowledge of public procurement law, the creation of service descriptions and specifications are an advantage
