Actor Jaap Stobbe, known from the series Bassie & Adriaan: The Plague Spirit, died last month at the age of 83.
It is not known where Stobbe died, writes RTL Boulevard Thursday. Stobbe was featured in the series in the late 1970s Bassie & Adriaan: The Plague Spirit, in which he played the Plague Spirit. It was Bassie & Adriaan’s first adventure series, nine of which appeared in total.
At the end of Bassie & Adriaan: The Plague Spirit the tease throws his costume away and lets Bassie and Adriaan know by regret. Stobbe can no longer be seen in the other series by Bassie and Adriaan.
In the eighties, Stobbe had a leading role in the youth series The doll stand and in 1995 and 1996 he was the first actor to play the role of Lowietje in the series Job.
The actor also mainly had supporting roles, including in the film Amsterdamned and in the comedy series Sam Sam and Kees & Co.
