2019 has been a positive year for TeamSystem, that he could count on 1.4 million customers and on a sell out (the total value of products distributed to end users) of 550 million. The most striking figure is that relating to electronic invoices for the SME sector: 1 out of 4 is in fact processed by the company’s platforms.
In spite of the difficult situation, 2020 also started well, both in terms of turnover and in terms of customer satisfaction clients.

TeamSystem’s analyzes of invoices passed through corporate systems show a positive picture for Italian companies and clear signs of recovery are seen. The crisis has shown everyone the importance of investing in digital, considered important by 86% of customers, and both the propensity to invest in cloud both the digital relationships with customers.

TeamSystem collaborated on a research of theDigital Innovation Observatory in SMEs of the Politecnico di Milano from which it emerges that the gap of local SMEs is still high: an average gap of 37%, which reaches 65% if compared with Germany. Only 34% of Italian SMEs can be considered “mature” from the digital point of view. Bridging the gap with Germany would have a impact on our GDP of 7 points.

TeamSystem: starting from digital

SMEs have shown that they want to invest in digital and cloud, both fundamental technologies for smart working, which after the crisis starts to please companies. Not only that: social distancing has forced companies to review their procedures, stimulating interest in self-check-in solutions for hotels, apps to simplify access to gyms and reduce contacts with personal trainers, but also solutions to automatically acquire construction site data in real time.
So much for physical health. Turning to financial health, according to TeamSystem, tax advisors now have the opportunity to support companies like External CFOs, which would improve the turnover of professionals.
Interesting that TeamSystem has been recognized by the Bank of Italy as a payment institution. This means that the company will be able to integrate functionalities to keep track of receipts and payments.
Moving on to employee health, the company presented TeamSystem HR HEalthy Workspace, a suite of solutions to measure body temperature and the use of social distancing devices.
