Dallas Mavericks coach, Jason Kiddcriticized his team after a 117-109 loss to a Charlotte team that dropped Dallas (36-38) to 11th place in the Western Conference standings, one place outside the play-in stage.
“The interest level was not high,” Kidd said. “It was just disappointing, the effort is not enough.”
The home crowd booed loudly at the American Airlines Center during a timeout midway through the third quarter, when the Dallas Mavericks trailed the Charlotte Hornets by 18 points.

Kidd described the Mavs’ effort as “horrible” in the first quarter.
