Your area of responsibility
- You are responsible for the technical, organizational and personnel management of the ServiceCenter department with seven employees
- Leading and supporting your employees in the areas of customer formalities, e-banking, payment transactions and scanning is your main area of responsibility
- Carrying out general due diligence tasks is also part of your field of activity
Your profile
- Completed commercial training, preferably in the banking sector
- Experience in the above areas of responsibility and/or in the area of compliance
- Management experience and specialist training (e.g. Compliance Officer) will make it easier for you to enter the complex field of activity
- We expect a strong IT affinity, analytical skills and networked thinking
