Your area of ​​responsibility

  • You are responsible for the technical, organizational and personnel management of the ServiceCenter department with seven employees
  • Leading and supporting your employees in the areas of customer formalities, e-banking, payment transactions and scanning is your main area of ​​responsibility
  • Carrying out general due diligence tasks is also part of your field of activity

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training, preferably in the banking sector
  • Experience in the above areas of responsibility and/or in the area of ​​compliance
  • Management experience and specialist training (e.g. Compliance Officer) will make it easier for you to enter the complex field of activity
  • We expect a strong IT affinity, analytical skills and networked thinking
