We at POINT – Sports.Wellness.Club, as one of the most beautiful multifunctional sports and leisure facilities in Germany, have been offering a diverse product portfolio tailored to the most diverse customer needs on over 6,000 m² for more than 30 years. Our concept is characterized by a modern fitness and wellness park with a health-oriented focus, a professional squash and badminton center and an integrated gastronomic area.

HEAD OF SERVICE CENTER (M / F / D) FULL-TIME PERMANENT EMPLOYMENT
Your tasks:
•Management of a small team in the area of member support, dunning, accounting, rehab sports administration and ordering
•Further development and optimization of processes with regard to service and digitization
•Processing the membership administration of a fitness club
•Optimal customer care for written and telephone inquiries
•Recording of membership contracts and terminations
•Maintenance of the membership in the CRM system
•Complaint management for telephone inquiries
•Maintenance and further development of all relevant statistics
Your profile:
•Completed commercial training with professional experience (ideally in a comparable position)
•Confident handling of all MS Office programs
•Communication and conflict resolution skills
•Responsibility and decisiveness
•Entrepreneurial thinking
•Pronounced customer and service orientation
•Organizational strength and assertiveness
•Independent, careful and reliable way of working
