Team leader IT infrastructure
Your tasks:
- Head of the “IT Infrastructure Control” group and management of your team (currently 8 employees)
- Continuous optimization of existing and new processes.
- Record all requirements for the IT infrastructure and manage their implementation
- Control of IT service providers including drafting contracts, agreeing service level agreements, etc.
- Participation in IT projects (e.g. rollout Microsoft 365)
- Administration of client and server systems (Windows)
- Management of network and security components
- Administration of communication infrastructure
- User support (hotline) and application support
- Asset and change management tasks (procurement, installation, rollout)
Your profile:
As a solution-oriented and responsible personality, you have the following characteristics:
- Several years of professional experience in the IT environment
- First management experience and / or project manager experience
- High team orientation and communication skills
- Problem-solving skills and reliability
- High degree of willingness to learn, enthusiasm and resilience
- Completed high school diploma in IT (HTL, HTBLA) or relevant (FH) degree
