What to expect
- You will be responsible for the management, control and further development of the communications team with 5 employees in coordination with the management
- You manage and coordinate the team’s collaboration with the ABA departments
- You actively develop the annual marketing plan for all 3 departments
- You are responsible for coordinating and managing the communications and marketing budget in coordination with management
- They ensure regular reporting on the performance of marketing activities and derive recommendations for action from the results achieved
- You monitor and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, are responsible for segmenting website target groups for remarketing campaigns and create recommendations for action to optimize the website and the marketing strategy
- You are responsible for the creation of analysis and reporting dashboards
- You implement and manage tracking tags to analyze user behavior
What you bring
- You have completed a degree in marketing, communications or a comparable qualification.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in marketing and communications, ideally with management experience.
- in-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and marketing automation tools.
- Strong communication skills, team spirit and strategic thinking.
- Interest in current economic issues

The collectively agreed gross minimum salary is EUR 4,456.06. We are happy to pay more for relevant experience.
