With the decision published with the signature of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, a temporary article was added to the Decision on the Course and Additional Class Hours of the Ministry of National Education Administrators and Teachers, which was enacted by the Council of Ministers Decision No. 2006/11350 dated 1/12/2006.
In the added temporary item, the following were recorded:
“PROVISIONAL ARTICLE 6- (1) Those who have been working within the scope of subparagraph (a) sub-paragraph (2) and sub-subparagraph (2) of subparagraph (2) of the first paragraph of Article 9 in the 2019-2020 academic year, Due to the fact that the educational institutions are considered to have performed the additional course duties on the days they are on holiday, they benefit from the additional course fee in return.
(2) In this context, those who are paid, are obliged to fulfill these duties without paying additional course fees, if they are given duties regarding remedial training and distance education activities for the days of holidays. Payments made within the scope of the first paragraph are collected from those who do not fulfill these obligations. ”
