The liberal union SLFP-Education called yesterday for a general work stoppage of one hour this Wednesday in all the schools of the official networks of Wallonia and Brussels.
At the Athénée Uccle 2, around twenty teachers took part in the action. They denounce the lack of security for the teaching profession as the epidemic is on the rise again. They also ask that protective masks are now provided free to teachers and that they be vaccinated as a priority.
For its part, the socialist union CGSP calls on its affiliates to observe a 50-minute work stoppage this Thursday morning.
