“In concert for the Conser” is the name of the series of shows that will take place this Wednesday, from 21:00, in the auditorium of the Rivadavia Library (Avenida Colón 31).
Various musical proposals from teachers and students of the Bahía Blanca Conservatory of Music will take the stage with the idea of raising funds for the purchase of musical instruments for this institute.
It will be possible to see on stage the female vocal and instrumental quartet “Esa Fulanita”, dedicated to the popular book of Latin American songs; the singer-songwriter Mauro Simonetti, with his own songs and versions of works by other artists, or the clarinet quartet of the conservatory, made up of teachers and advanced students.
There will also be pianist Gisela Gregori, who will present arrangements of classical tangos, new tangos and tributes to great musicians such as Gardel, Salgán and García; the quintet “7 de Cañas” together with the singer Marianela Pacheco and the guitarist Mariana Ortiz, and two ensembles from the tango class, where we will listen to the students together with their teacher Nicolás Fernández Vicente.
General tickets have a value of 1000 pesos and students pay 750. They can be collected at the Municipal Ticket Office, from Tuesday to Friday, from 5 pm to 8 pm and in the Library itself, from Monday to Friday, from 10 pm to 5 pm.
