NEW YORK – Authorities are looking for a man who ran over a teacher on a Manhattan street and left her face down on the sidewalk, unconscious, before fleeing, authorities said.
According to police, the 57-year-old teacher was walking near West 218th Street and Broadway around lunchtime on Monday, July 15, when the bicyclist hit her. She was knocked unconscious and suffered a broken leg.
The video shows the driver of the motorcycle getting off the vehicle to check on him before driving off.
The woman is expected to survive.
