Gautam Kumar recently cleared the Bihar Public Service Commission exam to become a teacher. The other day, “three or four people came to his school and forcibly took him away.” Within 24 hours, he was forced at gunpoint to marry the daughter of one of his kidnappers.
According to police, the abduction took place in Vaishali district of Bihar, where Kumar recently works at the Utkramit Madhya Vidyalaya school in Patepur. Following the incident, Kumar’s family protested by blocking the road before police launched a search operation for the missing teacher.
Kumar’s family blamed a man named Rajesh Rai. They accused his family of forcibly taking Kumar away and marrying him to Raya’s daughter Chandni.
According to the police, an investigation has been launched into the case to take further action against the kidnappers.
