The Dubai Public Prosecution alleges that the defendant physically assaulted the victim and caused about five percent disability. A Pakistani national lost his finger in the attack. He is a native of Afghanistan.

The Pakistani national worked at a restaurant in the Al Garhoud area of ​​Dubai. It was here that he got into a dispute with a colleague and a 26-year-old Afghan national.

‘I was drinking tea in the middle of the argument. But in the meantime, tea was unknowingly falling from my mouth into the body of the accused. He became angry and poured tea back into my body. ‘ – The victim was a 23-year-old Pakistani national.

The accused then attacked him with a knife and cut off two fingers. Later, the young man was treated for days at Rashid Hospital in Dubai. The victim, who returned to the restaurant after treatment, was also insulted by the restaurant owner.

He then told the owner that he would report the matter to the police. However, the victim said that the owner had told him that if that happened, his visa would be canceled and his salary would be cut.

The owner then threatened him not to cause any inconvenience to the restaurant. The victim then reported the incident to the Al Rashidia police station. A 21-year-old Afghani restaurant owner has been fined 3,000 dirhams for threatening him.
