TDott Woo (22) fans are in shock. The US rapper is dead after he was reportedly shot dead in New York. This was confirmed by the record label of the rapper, whose real name was Tahjay Dobson.

In a lengthy statement, the label said the rap star was “brutally murdered” just hours after signing his record deal. Opposite to “MetroThe New York City Police Department (NYPD) confirmed the incident. Accordingly, an emergency call about a shooting at 9802 Avenue L in the Brooklyn borough was received by the police on Tuesday afternoon.

Upon arrival, officers found a 22-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the head. Paramedics responded and transported the injured man to Brookdale Hospital Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. There are currently no arrests. The investigation into the case is ongoing.

TDott Woo became known for his “Woo Walk”, as his label writes. “Your memories will always stay with us no matter where we go or what we do. Sleep in peace,” Tahjay’s label wrote in the tribute. “Tough day for us today. RIP #TDOTT,” mourned one fan, while another added, “This man literally had the best energy – RIP.”
TDott Woo died almost two years after his rap colleague and friend Pop Smoke shot dead in his own home would.
