TDF: FIRST THREE Mobile Phone Devices Arrive in USHUAIA to Boost Power Generation – JCA News

The Minister of Energy indicated that the equipment was leased for four months and for this purpose two million dollars were invested, as well as the supply of fuel for the operation of the generators.

“With this investment it will be possible to reduce the work of the Plant and we estimate that within this week the first equipment will be installed and connected. It is a temporary solution to be able to get through this winter, which has been very difficult, while we move forward with the repair of the Rolls Royce turbine and the he has a control panel, which will give us a better view for the next season and will solve the issue in the city of Ushuaia”, he concluded.
