For the last outing of the year, the TCW youth went to the cinema again. And so 15 guys from TCW met punctually in the freezing cold in front of the cinema. After the cards were dealt, there was still an argument about who was sitting next to whom, including the usual bullying from the supervisor (“I’ll definitely be sitting next to someone I can get popcorn from” – “Then I won’t buy popcorn “), but you have to do it as a supervisor. For the movie this time we chose “Ticket to Paradise” which was a good choice. There were lots of photos of the sunny beach so a welcome change when it’s cold outside, lots of laughs and of course important to the sports supervisor, there were also some scenes with sporting activities – squash, swimming and beer pong. Of course we hope our kids will keep playing tennis for a while, but at least most of them still have a few years left before they embark on a professional beer pong career.
Standing still for that long is a challenge to our energies, but after nearly two hours all the popcorn was gone, the movie was over, and everyone was in a good mood again.
