Serious assaults

S. was arrested in 2006 after three serious assaults in Kockengen, Colijnsplaat and Haarlem. It concerned a woman and two elderly pastors. Because the then bum struck within 24 hours, the police distributed his description in August of that year. The court in Haarlem sentenced him to six years in prison in 2007. In October 2008, the court of justice in Amsterdam imposed on him forty months and tbs with compulsory care.

Jan S also went wrong in 2016. He was re-socializing in the De Kijvelanden TBS clinic when he abused the freedoms he had regained and started drinking heavily against the rules during leave.
