Hamburg. Taylor Swift will be back in Hamburg from mid-August. The US superstar will have her own wax figure – fans can get close to her.
Getting tickets for their concerts in Hamburg was difficult – and expensive. But now thousands of fans are getting a second chance: They can Taylor Swift – and even get up close and personal with the US superstar.
Because that Panopticon in Hamburg gets with the Wax figure the singer has a prominent new addition. From August 13th, she will be seen up close in the neighborhood. “Fans will then be able to remember their personal meet and greet with a selfie,” says the attraction on the Reeperbahn.

The figure was created by the artist Lisa Büscher from Berlin, who has already brought singer Ed Sheeran to the Panoptikum. The Brit stands in the entrance area of the Hamburg tourist destination and has numerous tattoos on his body, a particular challenge for the designer.

Taylor Swift, on the other hand, is likely to bring a whole new impetus to the exhibition at Spielbudenplatz with her fame, where more than 120 personalities from art and culture, sport and politics, society and history can be admired on four floors.
After all, the tourist destination in Hamburg has probably never hosted the figure of a star who has more than 283 million followers on Instagram.
