Pop star Taylor Swift entered Forbes’ list of the world’s billionaires in 2024, after her Eras tour generated significant revenues.
Swift, 34, who stole the spotlight at this year’s Grammy Awards by winning Album of the Year for the fourth time, has amassed a fortune of $1.1 billion.
According to the British Sky News network, citing Forbes magazine, the estimate of Swift’s wealth was based on the profits she earned from her songs and concert tours.
Swift is one of 265 people who joined the list of billionaires, which includes 2,781 people.
According to Forbes, the total wealth of those on the list amounted to $14.2 trillion.
It is worth noting that the richest new person on the list is the founder of the giant data group “ION”, Andrea Pignataro, from Italy, whose wealth reached $27.5 billion.
