Some Taylor Swift fans complain about the NYC Ferry service.
The transportation system hosted its first ever Taylor Switf sunset ride earlier this weekend to celebrate the release of the “Speak Now” album.
But while some fans managed to board and seemed to have a good time, many others took to social media to complain about the long lines.
Users also complained about the lack of organization and communication.
Some fans never even made it on board.
On the NYC Ferry instagram they explained that the trip was moved to the Astoria route to accommodate more passengers.
If you missed the event, the ferry is supposed to run another so-called “enchanted” sunset ride on Tuesday.
