After canceling her concerts in Vienna due to a threat of an attack, Taylor Swift performed this Thursday, August 15 in London, with a surprise guest.

The event was highly anticipated after the cancellation of her three concerts in Vienna last week, targeted by an Islamist suicide bombing plot. Taylor Swift was back on stage this Thursday, August 15 in London for a series of five concerts in the English capital, in front of 90,000 people each evening. Security was particularly reinforced around the event.

The American star, who is going through a difficult time (in addition to the threat of an attack in Austria, three little girls were stabbed to death two weeks ago in England while they were taking part in a dance class based on his music) did not discuss the tragedies with his fans, but wore a T-shirt bearing the inscription “a lot going on at the moment” during the interpretation of his title 22.

Ed Sheeran surprise guest

Taylor Swift, in the middle of her European tour of The Eras Tour, a series of around 150 concerts that retraces her entire career, also had a nice surprise in store for her fans. She invited singer Ed Sheeran to join her to perform three songs. In the middle of her concert, she performs an acoustic set whose songs vary each evening. This Thursday evening, the songs Everything Has Changed et End Gametwo songs in collaboration with Ed Sheeran, were therefore performed with the British singer. The two pop stars also covered the hit Thinking Out Loud.
