Travel 4.5km and get 10 times the normal fare

According to VN Express, a local media outlet, on the 17th, the Visitor Support Center under the Da Nang City Tourism Department announced that it had returned 2.1 million VND (approximately 114,000 won) of the amount paid for taxi fare to a Korean woman, H, two days ago.
Mr. H arrived at Da Nang Airport on December 27 last year, took a taxi driven by a local, traveled 4.5 km to the hotel, and paid about 10 times the normal price for the fare.
The local public security officer received a report from Mr. H and called the taxi driver and confessed to the fact that he overcharged him.
On the 28th of the same month, a report was filed with the public security that two Korean tourists from Da Nang Airport were asked to pay 720,000 VND (39,000 won) by a driver after traveling 4 km in a taxi.
