Enrollment in Public Automobile Register (PRA) presupposes the applicability of the economic return clause to the State for the Car tax. Every year millions of motorists are called to comply with what is considered, beyond a reasonable doubt, as the most hated tax ever.
While the State boasts the honor of receiving something like 7 billion euros from registrations, many Italians are discovering how to obtaincar tax exemption without incurring in the field of financial illegality. Some Regions, in fact, have autonomously arranged their decisions between postponements and cancellations which grant further breathing space. Here is the current situation.
Free stamp: where and how to get it immediately to avoid paying the inconvenient tax
Currently one of the few Regions in which the cost separation clause applies is Emilia Romagna in relation to hybrid category vehicles. In other realities the car tax discounts can also apply to electric. But if you reside within the borders of the Region you can get the advantage of the three-year free pass by submitting a spontaneous application after the purchase of a vehicle whose tax burden does not exceed 191 Euros per year.
Furthermore, as already mentioned, it is possible to re-enter the regime of postponement without delay in the event that you own any type of registered vehicle registered within the following local realities. Temporary exemptions apply within the times and methods indicated in the following list.
