Twenty CE2 and CM1 students were able to make, with the baker, chocolate chip pains au lait, in the shape of a man, as well as, with the two mothers, an avocado, mango and pomegranate salad. and candied lemon and raspberry verrines with shortbread and pistachios. “We also have a spices workshop,” explains Christiane Levêque, a school teacher.

Other culinary workshops were offered in particular by two parents of students.
The opportunity also to make them realize simple and easy to reproduce recipes. “It shows them that they can do certain things instead of eating something industrial. And then, it also allows them to meet professionals in the food industry. “
Adrien Bussière was thus able to introduce his profession to children. “For them, it makes them a memory. They will remember that they each left with a bun in the shape of a man. And maybe it will also make them want to do this job later on. “
