The action game The Last of Us, which was originally released in 2013 for Playstation 3, is about to get a remake for Playstation 5, reports Bloomberg.
The Last of Us has previously also received a Remaster for Playstation 4 which was released in 2014 for Playstation 4. In 2020, the developer Naughty Dog also released a sequel, The Last of Us Part 2, for Playstation 4.
According to Bloomberg, Naughty Dog will handle the development of the remake of the original game together with Sony’s Visual Arts Support Group. It is currently unclear at what stage of development the remake is in and when it may be released.
