– Mr. Jérôme Barroso, project manager within the Directorate of Interministerial Coordination and Territorial Animation at the prefecture of Tarn-et-Garonne, for his involvement in the management of the COVID-19 crisis and, beyond that, for his volunteering to reinforce communication in the event of a crisis exercise, in addition to his usual duties,
– Mr. Didier Boudon, deputy to the head of internal security in charge of road safety, for his involvement in the management of the COVID-19 crisis in addition to his usual duties,
– Ms. Chantal Canezin, responsible for management control at the Departmental Directorate of Public Security, for her involvement in the management of the COVID-19 crisis in addition to her usual duties,
– Mr. Fabrice Duda, former departmental military delegate, for his support provided to the prefect of Tarn-et-Garonne in terms of crisis management,
– Mr. Christophe Masse, deputy departmental military delegate, for his operational role in crisis management,
