Former AIK profile Tarik Elyounoussi, who took part in winning SM gold in 2018, left “Gnaget” in 2020 to play with Shonan Bellmare in Japan.
Now Elyounoussi confirms that he is leaving the Japanese club – after three years.
– I spoke with the club’s sporting director and chairman, and we think it is good to go our separate ways, he says to the Norwegian newspaper Fredriksstad Blad.
Elyounoussi was noted for five goals and five assists in 103 games with Shonan Bellmare. With AIK, he accounted for 26 goals and eleven assists in 74 appearances.
He has also belonged to clubs such as Fredrikstad, Hoffenheim, Heerenveen, Olympiakos, Rosenborg and Qarabag. Furthermore, the 35-year-old has also scored ten goals in 60 A international matches with Norway.
